About the Sinnoh region
Sinnoh is the fourth region, a colder, mountainous land based on Hokkaido, split down the middle by Mt. Coronet. The journey runs from Twinleaf Town up through Hearthome, Snowpoint and the Distortion World, and its mythology is all about time, space and the creation of the universe.
Generation 4 made the single biggest competitive change in series history: the physical and special split, which finally decided damage by the move rather than the type. It also brought online trading and battling over Wi-Fi, and a pile of cross-generation evolutions (Electivire, Magmortar, Roserade, Togekiss, Weavile) that upgraded older Pokémon. This generator rolls only the 107 Sinnoh-introduced species.

Sinnoh starters and iconic Pokémon
The Sinnoh starters are Turtwig (Grass), Chimchar (Fire) and Piplup (Water). Chimchar into Infernape is the beloved carry pick, Piplup into Empoleon is the tanky Water and Steel line (and yes, Piplup is a whole personality thanks to the anime), and Turtwig into Torterra is a walking continent that soaks hits.
Sinnoh's roster is elite: Garchomp the pseudo-legendary, Lucario the breakout star, Gengar and Electivire from cross-gen evolutions, Roserade, Weavile, Togekiss, Rotom and Spiritomb. Roll six and you are building a genuinely scary team.
Sinnoh legendary Pokémon
Sinnoh has one of the deepest legendary line-ups anywhere: the Lake Guardians Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf; the Creation Trio Dialga (Steel/Dragon), Palkia (Water/Dragon) and Giratina (Ghost/Dragon); plus Heatran, Regigigas and Cresselia. The mythicals are Manaphy, Phione, Darkrai, Shaymin and Arceus, the Pokémon said to have created them all.
By default the generator rolls regular Pokémon only. Flip on Legendaries to add the lake trio, the creation trio and the mythicals, or set a shiny mode in Advanced filters to chase a shiny Giratina.
How to use the Sinnoh Pokémon generator
The pool is already locked to the 107 Sinnoh Pokémon, so you can dive straight in:
- Pick a quantity. One for a single pick, or six for a full Sinnoh team (the default).
- Filter if you want. Choose a single type, or turn on Legendaries and Fully Evolved. Advanced filters add evolution stage, shiny odds, special forms and a unique-types spread.
- Press Generate. Your Sinnoh Pokémon appear with artwork, types, stats and abilities. Re-roll any single slot you want to swap.
- Share or save. "Share team" copies a link that reopens with the exact same team, and any shiny you roll saves to your collection.
